With the grace of Lords Sri Lakshmi Nrisimha and Sri Lakshmi Hayagriva,    and the blessings of His Holiness Sri Lakshmi Nrisimha Divya Paduka    Sevaka  Sri Narayana Yatindra Mahadesikan, the course on Sri Vaishnavism was launched by Malola Vageesa Vani, in May, 2003. Initially, It consisted of university type of lecture classes conducted at Malola Bhavanam, T.Nagar, Chennai. However,because of demand, a correspondence section was started very soon. Both the correspondence and the direct courses are running very successfully. There are now numerous students in many cities of India.

Course details: The course now consists of two levels of one year each. An addition of one more year is being organised. Each year consists of two semesters of roughly six months each.  A written examination and an oral viva voce test are conducted at end of each semester. At the end of each year, certificates are awarded to successful candidates.The certificates carry titles of Abignya(first year), Visharada(second year) and Praveena(third year). In June 2005, the certificates were personally handed over to the  candidates by his Holiness Andavan Swamigal himself!!                                                                                                                                                      Fees: The present course fees is Rs.400/- (rupees four hundred only) plus Rs.50/- (rupees fifty only)for the correspodence section,  per semester and is  payable in advance.(Note that there is a heavy subsidy!) This covers the cost of course  material, consisting of books, monographs, and notes, as well as the cost of the lectures. (Please note that all the details given here are subject to change.) Lectures: The lectures are delivered by eminent scholars and they fully cover the syllabus.Typical topics are Vishtadvaita philosophy, History of Srivaishnavism, Selections from Divya Prabhanda,Selections from Rahasya Literature,etc.. Students are also expected to study the course matter thoroughly. For correspondence students in Banglore, frequent contact classes are arranged. Soon, contact classes will be organised in Mumbai also. Students  are also expected to write some assignments. These will also be evaluated and added to the examination marks.       No prior knowledge of scriptures is required for joining the course. For joining the course , contact C..C. Other activities of Sri Malola Vageesa Vani           Regular lectures by eminent scholars on topics related to Srivaishnavism and Vedanta on Sundays and holidays. Topics dealt with include Tatvatrayam, portions of Bhagavad Gita, Saranagati,(through an Acharya!),Nithyanushtanam, Learning to read the Panchanga, the Agamas, etc. Lectures on the life and works of Alwars are also held. These are conducted with the aim of attracting the younger generation to Srivaishnavism and its values.           Orthodox Kalakshepams are conducted by eminent scholars liike U.Ve  Mannargudi Rajagopalacharya Swamigal. These cover all the major works of Srivaishnavism,viz., Sri Bhashyam, Srimad Rahasya Traya Sara,Gita and Bagavad Vishayam. He also conducts classes on other works such as Sri Paduka Sahasram of Swami Sri Desika.             Music Classes are also held . the Language of Sanskrit is also being taught.
